We do not believe that giving individuals a specific meal plan is always the answer and will discuss with you types of foods and ideas which may work for you rather than prescribed plans.

Here's how it works:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a 30-minute one-on-one consultation where we’ll discuss your health goals, lifestyle, and eating habits. This is your opportunity to share your challenges and aspirations, so I can understand how best to support you.

Step 2: Food Diary Analysis & Personalised Report
After our initial meeting, I’ll ask you to keep a food diary for 5-7 days. Using this, I’ll analyse your eating patterns, nutrient intake, and areas for improvement. You’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand report that includes actionable insights and recommendations tailored to you.

Step 3: Follow-Up Consultation
In our final session, we’ll review your report and discuss the next steps. I’ll walk you through your tailored plan, answer your questions, and help you make realistic changes that fit into your lifestyle.

Meet Dr. Oana Ancu – Specialist in Metabolic Health and Nutrition
Dr. Oana Ancu earned her PhD in Insulin Resistance and Protein Metabolism under the mentorship of Dr. Mackenzie. With a deep passion for metabolic health, Oana focuses on obesity management, type 2 diabetes remission, and applied performance nutrition.
She brings extensive experience in therapeutic diets, including low-carbohydrate and high-protein approaches, which have proven effective in improving the health of individuals with metabolic syndrome and related conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, and hypertension.
In addition to her research, Oana has spent recent years blending academic expertise with practical consultancy, and she is also a dedicated lecturer, inspiring BSc and MSc students in the fields of nutrition and health.
Oana’s mission is to combine science, education, and tailored support to help others achieve their health goals.
